Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage daily billing transactions and provide support for necessary fund arrangement to run the operation of the Index Construction Limited smoothly.
- Monitor and coordinate entire activities of accounting and finance for Index Construction Ltd. and Holdings Ltd.
- Forecast cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.
- Manage to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements as per the available funds.
- Keep and upgrade record of company formation (Article of association, incorporation etc.) board of directors, details of assets and liabilities etc.
- Deal with financial institutions for various purposes.
- Provide financial information to the management as per prescribed formats/electronic systems.
- Conducting various financial analyses.
- Prepare all the documents related to Company TAX/VAT.
- Any other assignment given by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements
- CA or CMA (Part Qualified)/ MBA (Finance/ Accounts) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)

- Age At least 35 year(s)
- MINIMUM 2 - 3 YEARS EXPERIANCE IS MUST IN ANY REPUTED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OUT OF TOTAL SERVICE TENURE.
- Experienced in handling Income Tax and VAT.
- Good communication and supervising skill.
- Strong computing knowledge and updated with current/latest technology.
- Well concept to Accounts software.

- 50,000/- to 80,000/-
