Job Description / Responsibility

• Help developing of the Annual Work Plan.
• Develop the overall framework for the physical and process monitoring of project activities.
• Guide the process for identifying the key performance questions and parameters for monitoring project performance and comparing it to targets. Design the format for such performance reports.
• Coordination of data entry and file uploads on a regular basis.
• Based on the work plans and budgets, guide staff and implementing partners in preparing their progress reports.
• Review monitoring reports, analyse these reports in terms of problems and actions needed as well as for impact evaluation and to identify the causes of potential bottlenecks in project implementation.
• Prepare reports on M&E findings, as required, working closely with financial staff, technical staff and implementing partners.
• Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of MIS and to identify where adaptations might be needed.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Project coordinator.
• Preserve all data and prepare donor reports.
