Job Description / Responsibility

·         Laptop/ Netbook/ Desktop/Tablet PC Troubleshooting (Hardware & Software).

·         Maintain proper records using computer software.

·         Inventory control of spare parts by computer software.

·         Follow up on open/unresolved issues.

·         Weekly, Monthly report update to Management.

·         Must be willing to travel, and work remotely
