Job Description / Responsibility
- To prepare monthly salary statement,
- Daily data load mapping all unit
- To prepare weekly duty roster
- To entry new CV, leave and others information in to the payroll software
- To prepare and update yearly and monthly increment and confirmation.
- To check daily in-out time distribution and prepare daily absent report.
- To problem conversation with staff and workers.
- To prepare monthly job card and maternity leave job card, prepare payment list of maternity leave.
- Supporting to HR and compliance and floor visiting.
- To prepare & update employee personal file
- Daily software data backup.
- Calculation and processing of termination payments.
- Processing increases and calculation of back pays.
- Reconciling payroll related all accounts.
- Maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and ensure manual attendance of new joining employee before arranging ID card.
- Maintain compensation & benefit management.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- HR background will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, HRIS/HR Database Management - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear
Job Requirements
- Possesses good interpersonal and organizing skill
- Must have knowledge about Payroll.
- Proficient user of MS office package (specially in MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken in English
