Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION Key responsibilities of this position include: Treasury Product Analyst: Majority of role will encompass leading completion and ongoing maintenance of ACH Risk Governance program. S/he will execute upon key programs including due diligence on Third Party Sender Testing / Third Party Service Provider Testing, partner the ECDD to identify and recommend potential TPS clients. Overall end-to-end product management including: P&L co-ownership, revenue growth objectives, regulatory and compliance oversight, client engagement and external thought leadership opportunities. Delivery of product enhancements for existing products: Manage the collaboration with core product owner and sales teams to identify and define enhancements required to maintain product relevance and drive incremental revenue. Develop business cases to prioritize needs and support investment requests, and drive execution of enhancements. General support for ACH product management and other supporting activities as needed; e.g. Support senior leadership in interpretation of analysis relevant in making strategic decisions regarding current and future ACH solutions and enhancements Develop executive presentations and effectively communicate research/analytics on business trends and topics to senior leadership Client Deal Support REQUIRED SKILLS • 5+ years of experience Treasury Management experience; preferred candidates will have 2-3 years in payments • 2+ years of experience in Product & Risk Management • Bachelor’s degree • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel • Ability to work independently • Organized and detail oriented • Strong desire to learn and develop • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and clearly defined measurements • Strong collaborative skills • Able to query, manage, analyze and draw conclusions from large amounts of data • Must have ability to travel as needed • Excellent relationship-building skills • Proactively anticipates problems and executes solutions Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, in-depth probing, independent investigation and presenting conclusions to executive management Shift: 1st shift (United States of
